NETA Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor
An athlete himself, Matt is passionate about educating others to enhance well-being and improve personal fitness. His education and 13+ years of experience as a Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor allow him to effectively and safely train people of all ages and abilities. Matt incorporates a variety of equipment into his workouts that employ functional, core and strength training. He has worked in many settings including the YMCA, Eden Prairie Community Center and Balance Fitness Studio in Minneapolis.
When he isn't keeping himself fit, you'll find him on the sideline of ANY sporting event, volunteering with the American Heart Association or supporting his alma mater, the University of St. Thomas.
