Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Kettlebell Instructor
I have a very competitive nature and I have always had a passion for being active and body building. I earned my IFPA Pro Card in 2014 as a Masters Figure Competitor, but I have since retired from competition after sustaining a TBI and other injuries from an auto accident in 2016. However, I have been in the fitness industry as both a participant and as a coach for the past 27 years. I have been trained in Group Fitness, TRX, Kettlebells, Indoor Cycling, Cross Fit and a few other formats. My passion is working with women.
I have an AAS Degree in Equine Science and ever since my teenage years I have enjoyed showing Quarter Horses and English Labs. Besides my passion for Fitness, I take great pride in my wonderful family, having been a stay-at-home mom to our two boys for the past 19 years. I love my quiet and content life.
