Bars & Bells
Bells & Bars is a circuit style class blending the two elements together. You never know quite what your trainer has in store for you, and you rarely will repeat the same workout! Our atmosphere is welcoming, and friendly so you are guaranteed to enjoy yourself in the process of getting in the best shape of your life. (45 min)

Boot Camp Plus

In C4 Sculpt Plus we break out the big bars! We put a unique spin on weight lifting using Olympic barbells and focusing on lifting technique: squats, presses, rows, curls, extensions and more! Not only will you get a fantastic workout and an insane body pump, but you will tone muscle, get strong, and your endurance will go through the roof! (45 min)
Focus Group is designed to not only work as a group on exercise habits, but also healthy eating habits. In addition to weekly specialized classes, this group works individually with one trainer to monitor nutrition, exercise habits, and fat loss/muscle gain. This is a 3-month program commitment. (1 hr)
HIIT and Run
This class combines high intensity workouts with short sprints and jogs (outdoors when possible). HIIT and Run will push you and help you build cardiovascular endurance and stamina. The workouts promise to be fun, unique, and keep you on your toes! (45 min)
This high intensity interval training class gets your heart pumping quickly with cardio intervals and exercises designed to strengthen your core. This 30 minute class is not easy...expect to sweat! (30 min)

Just Lift It
This class will incorporate weight and resistance training using dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and your own body weight. Emphasis will be on proper form and functional movements that will increase strength and coordination while improving mobility. (45 min)
Kettlebells can be used in ballistic (explosive) swinging movements utilizing the whole body along with momentum or used in more traditional press and squat exercises. The displacement of the weight from the hand requires that the stabilizing muscles engage more with each movement and therefore requiring more muscle firing at once. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization. There is no such thing as isolated muscle work in kettlebell training.
This 45 minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements. (45 min)
Kidz Klub is just for kids!! Bring your children (ages 5-12) and let them blow off some steam and expend some energy before lunch!! This class will teach them some things and help them get stronger at the same time! (1 hour)
King of the Hill (Summer Only)
King of the Hill is a fun, sweaty, rigorous 30-minute workout on the hills of Rosemount High School, just 2 miles from C4 Fitness. All fitness levels are welcome! We sprint, jump, lunge, bear crawl, and even burpee up the hill. Bring a water bottle and towel, and be prepared for a quick, effective workout!
Lotta Tabata is a high energy circuit style class that is sure to get your heart rate going! This is a great cardio workout that promotes fat burning! Short bursts of energy followed by short rest periods, repeated multiple times to get the most effective after burn. (45 min)
Ropes & Ladders
This class will focus on strength, endurance and agility, utilizing battle ropes and agility ladders for a high-intensity, all-over body workout. You are guaranteed to sweat and feel amazing after this burner!!!! (45 min)
Strength is based on building lean muscle mass, with the focus on the three big lifts (bench press, barbell back squat and deadlift), in addition to other accessory movements and exercises. Increasing lean muscle mass will result in decreasing body fat, changing your body composition and making you stronger. Proper lifting mechanics and techniques will also be incorporated. Three Month program commitment. (1 hr)
Total Body Blast
This class will be an all-over body workout that incorporates the use of your own body with minimal equipment. Exercises could include cardio, core and strength moves. You will learn how much you are able to do with your own body and little else!! (45 min)
Allow yourself to free your mind of the stress and clutter of the day and find your inner balance and peace. This class will offer invigorating vinyasa-style movement, connecting mind and body. Dynamic flow sequences will challenge you to fire up core strength and build heat within as you connect breath to movement. Feel your mind clear and your body de-stress with a blend of balance, strength and detoxifying postures. Feel the benefits of yoga as you open your shoulders and hips, and gain mobility and focus. All levels welcome! (1 hr)
Zumba. Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
**Footwear + Attire: Come dressed in comfortable fitness attire that's easy to move in and can handle sweat!! Wear sneakers that support dance movement — think side-to-side movements and rather than simple front-to-back steps. Look for a circle on the sole to allow for pivots and to protect the knees. Cross-training shoes, dance sneakers, or even running shoes with a worn-out tread will be sufficient.
