Bars & Bells

Bells & Bars is a circuit style class blending the two elements together. You never know quite what your trainer has in store for you, and you rarely will repeat the same workout! Our atmosphere is welcoming, and friendly so you are guaranteed to enjoy yourself in the process of getting in the best shape of your life. (45 min)

Bootcamp 

Cardio paired with resistance training for the most way of burning fat and building muscle.  We use a variety of equipment like ropes, tires, dumbbells, and more and we keep classes varied.  You never know quite what your trainer has in store for you, and you rarely will repeat the same workout.  We also use games to keep it fun and promote teamwork!  Our atmosphere is welcoming, and friendly so you are guaranteed to enjoy yourself in the process of getting in the best shape of your life. (45 min)

C4 Sculpt Plus

In C4 Sculpt Plus we break out the big bars!  We put a unique spin on weight lifting using Olympic barbells and focusing on lifting technique: squats, presses, rows, curls, extensions and more! Not only will you get a fantastic workout and an insane body pump, but you will tone muscle, get strong, and your endurance will go through the roof! (45 min)

C4 Sculpt Fit Fusion

Sculpt Fit Fusion combines a blend of heavy lifting and overall conditioning. The “Sculpt” part of the workout is going to have you focusing on lifting technique. Squats, presses, rows, curls, extensions and more! The “Fit" part of the workout will have you focusing on conditioning. Not only will you get a fantastic workout and an insane body pump, but you get strong, and your endurance will go through the roof! (45 min)

Dynamic Flow Yoga

This class unites Yoga and sport to create a workout that is gentle on the body, yet still challenging.  Traditional yoga poses like warrior and sun salutations mix together with sports influenced movement such as plyometrics, speed and strength to create a unique low-impact workout that gives you both a great stretch and a great sweat at the same time! (45 min)

Focus Group

Focus Group is designed to not only work as a group on exercise habits, but also healthy eating habits.  In addition to weekly specialized classes, this group works individually with one trainer to monitor nutrition, exercise habits, and fat loss/muscle gain. This is a 3-month program commitment. (1 hr)

HIIT and Run

This class combines high intensity workouts with short sprints and jogs (outdoors when possible). HIIT and Run will push you and help you build cardiovascular endurance and stamina.  The workouts promise to be fun, unique, and keep you on your toes! (45 min)

HIIT30

This high intensity interval training class gets your heart pumping quickly with cardio intervals and exercises designed to strengthen your core.  This 30 minute class is not easy...expect to sweat! (30 min)

HIIT45

This high intensity interval training class gets your heart pumping quickly with cardio intervals and exercises designed to strengthen your core.  Similar to the 30 minute version, this class is not easy...expect to sweat! (30 min)

Just Lift It

This class will incorporate weight and resistance training using dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and your own body weight.  Emphasis will be on proper form and functional movements that will increase strength and coordination while improving mobility. (45 min)  

Kettlebell

Kettlebells can be used in ballistic (explosive) swinging movements utilizing the whole body along with momentum or used in more traditional press and squat exercises. The displacement of the weight from the hand requires that the stabilizing muscles engage more with each movement and therefore requiring more muscle firing at once. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization. There is no such thing as isolated muscle work in kettlebell training.

This 45 minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements. (45 min)

Lean & Mean

This class will incorporate all aspects of fitness from cardio to weight training to resistance training, with an emphasis on burning fat and creating more lean mass. (45 min) 

Lotta Tabata

Lotta Tabata is a high energy circuit style class that is sure to get your heart rate going! This is a great cardio workout that promotes fat burning! Short bursts of energy followed by short rest periods, repeated multiple times to get the most effective after burn. (45 min)

Muscle Pump

Muscle Pump is a cardio barbell style class.  This class focuses on light weight with high reps.  If you are looking for a way to burn fat, lose weight and tighten up this is the class for you! (45 min)

Outdoor Bootcamp (seasonal class)

Enjoy the fresh air and get your sweat on at a nearby park, using various equipment, your own body weight, and all that the park has to offer (i.e. hills, park benches, monkey bars, etc)!  Boot camp takes place at East Lake Community Park in nearby Lakeville, approximately 2.5 miles from C4 Fitness.  Weather permitting. (45 min)

Strength

Strength is based on building lean muscle mass, with the focus on the three big lifts (bench press, barbell back squat and deadlift), in addition to other accessory movements and exercises. Increasing lean muscle mass will result in decreasing body fat, changing your body composition and making you stronger. Proper lifting mechanics and techniques will also be incorporated. Three Month program commitment. (1 hr)

Total Body Blast

This class will be an all-over body workout that incorporates the use of your own body with minimal equipment. Exercises could include cardio, core and strength moves.  You will learn how much you are able to do with your own body and little else!! (45 min)

Yoga

Allow yourself to free your mind of the stress and clutter of the day and find your inner balance and peace. This class will offer invigorating vinyasa-style movement, connecting mind and body. Dynamic flow sequences will challenge you to fire up core strength and build heat within as you connect breath to movement. Feel your mind clear and your body de-stress with a blend of balance, strength and detoxifying postures.  Feel the benefits of yoga as you open your shoulders and hips, and gain mobility and focus.  All levels welcome! (1 hr)

Yoga for Athletes

This is a Yoga class for all levels, specifically designed to provide balance with your regular workout routine. The focus will be on opening areas of the body that become tight from working out, such as quadriceps, hamstrings, hips, and shoulders, while stabilizing the core to prevent injury. (1 hr)
