Jessica originally started practicing yoga for fitness reasons, but then she continued due to the mindfulness yoga provides in her life. She loves balancing the tough workouts at C4 with yoga. In addition to the muscle-lengthening benefits from yoga, it also has helped her learn to let go of things in everyday life, which really resonates with her. Jessica’s "day job" allows her to spend time outdoors as a Natural Resources Coordinator and Arborist. She loves gardening, camping, hunting for agates, and exploring breweries with her fiance Justin.
